Sun, beach, waves – summer is officially right around the corner. And whether you admit it or not, we all have our last minutes desire to lose that extra pounds. And yeah, we can start exercising our way to achieve our summer body goals however if you just have a month and a half left, solely exercising may not be the best deal for you. But of course, it’s not impossible. That summer body that you are desiring for can still be achieved, all you have to do is do a little tweaking with our metabolism and this will surely help you lose that extra pounds and prep your body for summer. Now, exercising can help in boosting our metabolism however not all people realize that what we eat also has a direct impact on it too. So, to help you lose that extra pounds fast, I’ve listed down below foods that can help boost your metabolism

If you have a palette for spicy foods, then this can certainly be your edge losing that extra pounds. A chemical found in chili peppers called Capsaicin, can boost your metabolism by increasing the number of calories and fat you burn.
