Having breakouts is totally normal. I know all of us knows how frustrating it is when you have perfectly clear skin for weeks, then one day a blemish appears out of nowhere. Sometimes just by making simple lifestyle changes, like drinking morewater, can easily help reduce breakouts. Keep your face clean.
Whether or not you suffer from acne, you still need to keep your face clean. It’s an essential to wash your face at least twice a day to help remove impurities, dead skin cells and unwanted oil. Without washing your face, your skin would be covered with a thick layer of dirt and oil which may result to acne. So, be sure to make it a habit to always keep your face clean, no matter how tired you are unless you want to wake up with a huge zit on your forehead.
Moisturize.
Whatever skin type you might have, may it be oily, dry or even combination -you still need to moisturize. Moisturizing helps protect your sensitive skin. This will help keep your skin looking radiant and glowing throughout the day. Just make sure to find a moisturizer that will suit you, it doesn’t have to be an expensive product, as long as you’re seeing good results on your skin then that’s perfect.

Avoid touching your face or even patting your cheeks, you never know what kind of bacteria your hands has. Touching your skin may cause the bacteria on your hands to spread on your face and it may also irritate your skin – which eventually causes skin breakouts.

As I’ve mentioned above, even as simple as drinking more water daily will help keep your skin clear and healthy. Drinking water is not just an essentialin our daily lives. Water also helps in delaying the appearance of ageing, like wrinkles and fine lines. Also, by drinking lots of water, your skin will stay hydrated and glisten, therefore enhancing your complexion.
Exfoliate
When old skin cells start to pile up on the surface of your skin, it will leave your skin looking dull, rough and dry, resulting to acne prone skin. That’s why it’s important to exfoliate, it removes the barrier of dead skin cells clogging the skin and uncovers fresh new cells below. Making your skin look fresh and healthy.
