It’s a weekend and I have decided to stay home and binge watch some horror movies on Netflix, after a few hours of scaring myself to death, I feel my stomach rumbling; here comes the late-night hunger pangs. Needless to say, we all experience these nights. Those nights where our stomachs are just not aware that it’s already time for bedtime, not time to eat.
And getting a bag of junk food or eating a tub of ice cream is as easy as 1 2 3, however if you have made all the efforts of making the right food choices all day or if you have continued to push yourself to exercise every single day (even on those day where you feel like skipping), you wouldn’t want to sabotage your diet and give in to those midnight pangs, right?
